A few quick reminders in preparation for banquet...

6:30 • Social Hour

Parking
Free parking is available at the Marriott Parking Garage at 419 N 9th Street, St. Louis, MO 63101. When you enter the garage, you will need to keep the ticket that you are issued. When you arrive at the dance, make sure to get a parking pass from the Coat Check or one of the Cashiers. When you leave the garage, you will need both your original ticket and your parking pass.

Tables
When you signed up online, you chose a table based on your daughter’s class. Please keep in mind that when you arrive, you will pick up your name tag that will list your dinner choice and your table selection. Please note the tables at the dance will be labeled 1-88, so even though you signed up for "Sophomore Class Table 12", your actual table at the dance could be "Table 87" as an example.

Smoothy Bar & Adult Bar
There will be a Smoothy/Soft Drinks Bar for girls and adult bars for the dads. All of the bars will accept cash and some, but possibly not all, will take credit. Soft Drinks $5, Smoothies $8.50, Adult beverages between $8 and $13.

Photos
The Photographer will be in the Landmark Room taking pictures from 6-10 p.m., so there is plenty of time for pictures.

Registration

PLEASE NOTE - RESERVATION DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED!
Reservations, including payment, are due by January 8, 2020.

Registration is a two-step process. Please make careful note of the instructions below:
  1. STEP ONE: Registration and Payment
    PLEASE REGISTER AND PAY ONLINE BY JANUARY 8, 2020. Tickets are $50* per attendee. Please purchase a ticket for each attendee. Visit the event registration/ticket purchase page to pay with a credit card. Be sure to make note of your Order ID, as you will need it in step 2 to sign up for a table.

    * Please do not let cost be a deterrent. Anyone needing financial for this event should reach out to Sr. Veronica and arrangements may be made.
  2. STEP TWO: Meal and Table Selection
    After you have purchased your tickets online, each person in your party must complete the Menu/Table Sign-up form separately to make meal and table selections. You will need your Order ID from the ticket purchase to complete the form.

    Menu options include a chicken/steak combo, a pasta dish, or a vegetarian/gluten-free dinner. All meals come with rolls, a salad with your choice of ranch or balsamic vinaigrette, and a dessert of cheesecake with strawberry sauce. Allergy information: While none of the dishes contain nuts or use nuts in their preparation, the Marriott is NOT a nut-free facility and thus cannot classify any of the food as nut free. Please make note of any dietary restrictions on the online menu selection form and we will try to make accommodations.
Tables are limited to 10 people, so form your group of 10 for your tables now! Tables with less than 10 people will be accommodated and paired with other paid reservations from their grade level, if possible. To aid in selecting a table, you may view current table registrations here.
