Alumnae Transcript Request
If you are transferring colleges and need a copy of your transcript, you may download the Alumnae Transcript Release Form & Instructions (pdf). Please return the completed form to Office Manager Sara Carron by email* (preferred) or fax. You may mail in your payment to Cor Jesu or pay online through the Bookstore. If you have questions, please call Sara Carron at 314.842.1546.
*When returning the form by email, please check that the form has saved properly. Apple/Mac users filling out the form in Preview should save the form by selecting File->Print->Save as PDF to ensure that the form is compatible with Adobe Acrobat.
