Congratulations to Cor Jesu Alumna Karen Calcaterra ’94 for being named the 2021 High School Principal of the Year by the St. Louis Association of Secondary School Principals (SASSP). Karen is principal at Lafayette High School in the Rockwood School District.

Mission Statement
The Cor Jesu Academy Alumnae Association is committed to perpetuating the flame of the Cor Jesu spirit and maintaining our sense of community as we work to advance the interests of our alma mater.
We carry out our mission by:
- working in close cooperation with and providing a communication link between alumnae and the school administration
- serving as a vehicle for networking among alumnae and current students
- generating and supporting financial development efforts
- sharing school traditions and providing an ongoing resource for preserving Cor Jesu history and heritage
- providing an alumnae presence and being a resource for current students

We honor in a very special way the alumnae who have passed on before us and left a special mark on Cor Jesu Academy. Fond memories echo in our hearts as we remember these women and ask God to keep them forever close to His Most Sacred Heart.
Maggie was recently awarded the Fr. Jack McGrath, S.M. Award for Research in Catholic Intellectual Traditions at the University of Dayton.
Taylor Woods, a 2007 Cor Jesu graduate, received the Beagle Memorial Fund Award for Research from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
