After graduating from Cor Jesu Academy in 2003, Laura received her B.A. in both Psychology and English Composition from Truman State University in 2007. She then received her M.A. in Counseling and Family Therapy with emphasis in School Counseling from Saint Louis University in 2010. She started working at Cor Jesu Academy as a school counselor in the fall of 2010, and for a few years, she also saw clients in private practice.  Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor and maintains National Certified Counselor designation. She is also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and is passionate about issues such as stress management, personal boundaries, healthy relationships, and suicide prevention.

Pam has held positions as a math teacher, school counselor, school psychological examiner and college counselor for over 20 years. She received her B.S. in Mathematics Education from Kansas State University and M.S. in K-12 School Counseling/Personnel Services from Kansas State University. She completed graduate course work at University of Missouri-St. Louis to gain Missouri certification as a School Psychological Examiner as well as obtaining Missouri certification in Mild/Moderate Cross Categorical (Special Education). Additionally, Pam is a National Certified Counselor and National Certified School Counselor.

After graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Psychology and English, Becky earned an M.A. in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis, teaching Writing 1 to first-year students while in graduate school. For the next 11 years, she taught English, including ACC & AP courses, at St. Vincent High School in Perryville and Crossroads College Preparatory School. In 2019, Becky also became the College Counselor at Crossroads. She earned a certificate in college counseling through Teachers College at Columbia University.
