Spring Blood Drive

All our invited to support Cor Jesu’s Spring Blood Drive sponsored by the National Honor Society.  It will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 2-6 p.m. at the Rooftop Church, 9217 Gravois Road, Affton MO 63123.

All presenting donors will receive a $5 Amazon Gift Card. 

All donors will need:

• 16-year-olds may donate with Informed Parental Consent.
• To know the last four digits of their social security number.
• Required to bring a state-issued form of ID.

Your safety is our first priority. We ask that donors come alone with no visitors, and masks must be worn at all times by everyone entering the building.

Recipients of the COVID vaccine are eligible to donate 14 days after vaccination.  

Do not donate blood if:

• In the past 28 days: you have been diagnosed with or suspected of having 2019 Novel Coronavirus infection
• In the past 14 days: you have lived with an individual(s) diagnosed with or suspected of having 2019 Novel Coronavirus infection
