Cor Jesu was named the Girls All-Metro Team of the Year at the Big River Running Company post-season banquet held on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at St. Louis University High School. In addition, Frances Luna ’22 was named to the Girls First Team and Adrienne Luna ’23 received an Honorable Mention.
Big River Running Company selected a regional panel of cross country coaches who evaluated and choose the region’s top cross country athletes based on their season’s accomplishments, their head-to-head finishes and their placement/time at the state meet.
In November, the Charger Cross Country team raced to a third-place finish in the highly competitive Class 5 State Championship meet.
