Taylor Woods, a 2007 Cor Jesu graduate, received the Beagle Memorial Fund Award for Research from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
The Beagle Memorial Fund for Research Supports undergraduate, graduate or faculty research in ecology and evolutionary biology. Taylor received this award for her work on a paper in which she examined diversity-productivity relationship in streams using a casual inferential framework.
Taylor graduated from Tulane in 2011 with a degree in Evolutionary and Environmental Ecology. She received her masters degree from VCU and is now working on her Ph.D. at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
