Maggie was recently awarded the Fr. Jack McGrath, S.M. Award for Research in Catholic Intellectual Traditions at the University of Dayton.
The McGrath Award recognizes students whose research in a CAP (Common Academic Program) course demonstrates rigorous, deep, and creative engagement with thinkers, texts and/or associated themes associated with Catholic Intellectual Traditions.
Maggie is a senior at the University of Dayton majoring in Music Education. Her project for her Degree Recital class is entitled “Music as a Window to the Soul: The Story Behind my Senior Recital.”
Maggie will receive a $500 stipend at the annual Catholic Intellectual Tradition Symposium and will present her work on Thursday, February 25 beginning at 5 pm. If you would like to receive the link for this Zoom presentation, please email Margaret Adams at madams@corjesu.org.
