RubinBrown, a Clayton-based accounting and consulting firm, will award a paid summer internship that provides experience in accounting, financial management, investment advisory, and statistical analysis. The internship is designed for a rising Cor Jesu senior familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who is analytical, likes solving problems and working with people, is interested in accounting and financial management and wants to experience a professional business environment. The position is part-time (3-4 days/week) with flexible hours. Expected start date is June 3, 2019.

If you are considering studies in one of these design fields, this is your opportunity to find out more about what college and your eventual career might be like, as well as learning some great design fundamentals and design history. We’ll also cover how to prepare for college now, what to look for in a collegiate design program, and more about the design program at UMKC and our unique partnership with Kansas State University.
This non-credit course is modeled after a collegiate architectural design seminar: students learn about the design fields through simple design projects, slideshows and discussions. We will also tour important design sites near our Kansas City campus. The class will meet from 9am-3pm each day, with a break for lunch on or near campus.

The Cherng Global Leadership Academy (CGLA) is a ten-day summer residential program promoting student empowerment through civic involvement, community and global service, and leadership, framed through the lens of the University of Missouri’s four core values: Respect, Responsibility, Discovery, and Excellence.
The Cherng Global Leadership Academy is open to all current (at the time of application) students in grades 8, 9, 10, and 11, with an interest in exploring leadership skills, civic involvement, and global service.
