RISE Program

Are you ready to RISE? Cor Jesu Academy's RISE program prepares middle school girls with the skills necessary to earn admittance to and succeed at the top high schools in St. Louis. RISE is designed to supplement a student's traditional middle school education, with a focus on Math, English Language Arts and Science - the subject areas most critical for success in high school. RISE includes a summer-long program and continues on Saturdays throughout the school year. All program sessions are held at Cor Jesu Academy. RISE provides middle school girls the opportunity to experience life in a high school setting, empowering them to embark on the next chapter of their education with confidence.
Eligible Students
- Student is a current 6th grade girl (will begin 7th grade in the Fall of 2025)
- Student's family demonstrates significant financial need (with respect to their ability to pay Catholic high school tuition)
- Student possesses good to superior academic and leadership potential (based on 5th and 6th grade report cards)
- Students score highly on standardized tests
Admission will be prioritized based on financial need, parent motivation and follow-through and student aptitude.
Acceptance into RISE does not guarantee acceptance to Cor Jesu Academy.
