It is a fair question, and one many alumnae quietly hold. The answer is simple: tuition covers only part of what it actually costs to educate a Cor Jesu student. The remaining cost is intentionally built into our financial model through philanthropy.

Like most strong independent schools, Cor Jesu relies on a blend of tuition and charitable support to operate. Tuition funds the core costs of running the school. Gifts provide the essential dollars that close the gap between the price families pay and the real cost of delivering the education, opportunities and mission-driven experience our students receive.

It is what allows Cor Jesu to provide tuition assistance for families who need it, recruit and retain exceptional educators, invest in academic and spiritual formation, develop leaders, offer arts, athletics and complex programming and maintain safe facilities.
