Girls Schools Unite: Alumnae Giving Challenge Returns May 5-7, 2026!

Cor Jesu is excited to participate in the annual Girls Schools Unite (GSU) Alumnae Giving Challenge, a spirited competition among St. Louis' all-girls Catholic high schools. For Cor Jesu, this three-day event is to rally alumnae support for the Charger Fund.

What is Girls Schools Unite?

GSU is a friendly challenge focused on alumnae participation, not gift size. From May 5 to May 7, 2026, participating schools will compete to earn the highest percentage of alumnae donors. Gifts made during the challenge window counts toward Cor Jesu's alumnae participation.

Every gift during GSU directly supports the Cor Jesu Charger Fund, which provides tuition assistance for students.

How to Participate

• When: May 5-7, 2026
• Who Counts: All alumnae from the Class of 1940 through the Class of 2024
• What Counts: Gifts made to the Charger Fund during the challenge window

Participation percentage is calculated based on the total number of alumnae who graduated from Cor Jesu. Each alumna is counted once, regardless of how many times she donates during the challenge.

Additional Guidelines

• Donations must be received between 12:01 a.m. on May 5 and 11:59 p.m. on May 7.
• Checks must be received during the three-day window to be counted.
• Donations must be made personally; parents or friends cannot give on an alumna’s behalf.
• Gifts must be $5 or more to count towards Cor Jesu's participation total percentage.
