ALUMNAE SEEKING TRANSCRIPTS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: A written note requesting the transcript which includes the following information: Student name and year of graduation Social Security number Name and address of the institution to whom it must be addressed Written signature of the student $3.00 processing fee You may fax your letter of request to 314-842-6061 (Attn:  Margie) and follow up with a $3.00 check to CJA or you may make your request via mail or in person during regular school hours.  Alumnae with questions may contact Margie at 314-842-1546.
