Cor Jesu's Guidance and Counseling Department offers a comprehensive program that meets the academic and personal needs of the students. The counseling program emphasizes a developmental approach that fosters self-understanding and self-awareness. Beginning freshman year, each student is assigned a counselor (based on alphabet split) and remain with that counselor throughout our four years at Cor Jesu. Each freshman meets individually with her counselor at least once a semester to discuss goals and possible career exploration.

College Placement
Each year, virtually 100 percent of Cor Jesu graduates continue with a college education. More than 70 colleges and universities visit Cor Jesu to recruit our students each year, and approximately 85 percent of our graduates receive college scholarships.
